Send the following preview media before April 15, 2010:
DVD zone 1-4 or VHS (NTSC) no PAL copies please.
in Spanish, English or German and/or subtitled

Include Director's Filmography.
A brief synopsis of submitted program.
One completed entry form per program.

II. Film producer or agent hereby agree to allow The Festival to copromote submitted film at its discretion within the boundaries of the cinepobre.com creative network, including its channels on vimeo and other non-profit venues.
